Here is the english version of the petition:

We, the undersigned, call your kind attention to our movement ”Make order! demonstration for the renewal of the Hungarian football leadership”. We would like to inform you of our reasons, goals, claims, as well as ask for your support. After being elected, the managing body of the Hungarian Football Federation started their cycle based on the following slogans: law, order and discipline. Instead, soon it came to light that they have been disorganizing nearly every segments of Hungarian football. Their activities lack concept but on the other hand include ad hoc orders, unlawful steps, decisions which have been proved to be illegal by the independent Hungarian court of justice. Furthermore, their acts are built upon discrimination, inconsistent, incalculable commands, senseless rules. All these resulted in leaving sponsors, loss of TV broadcasts and dramatic decrease in the number of fans who would attend football games. The HFF threats, blames and attacks. As a result, the sequence of extraordinary regulations against the supporters, has unified the football fans of the country against HFF. Never has in the history of Hungarian football happened such a case. We are generally treated like slaves. Now we have decided to stop the slavery. We are human beings, we should hold the same human rights as anybody else in the world. The time of the dictators is over. The moral level of Hungarian football is unacceptable. The Hungarian stadiums, as well as everything else connected to football, are rotten. HFF found only the fans, to be blamed and responsible for everything.

We therefore ask you to call upon the Hungarian Football Federation not just to pretend but to start real cooperation with the Hungarian football fans, treat them as equal partners, find out their problems, listen to their needs – regarding both the current Euro 2012 bid and general supporter-related issues.

At the current stage we, the active fans of the major Hungarian clubs, declare that we cannot support the Hungarian bid for the Euro12 – that needs broad social backing and supporters’ assistance – until there is no satisfactory response and acceptable proposals from the HFF to the above listed problems.

We need to point out that if there is no change in response to our claims, our protests will continue, new demonstrations will be organized of which UEFA will be informed.

Finally, we declare that we are committed to comply with all the official regulations relative to football fans as long as they do not derogate our constitutional, democratic and human rights and if these regulations stand on firm, well-prepared, consensual basis. We hope HFF is ready to take immediate steps in this manner in order to resolve these issues to allow the long needed unity between officials and fans.

We kindly ask the UEFA delegation to inform the Executive Committee and other relevant bodies of UEFA about the situation explained above.
